This initiative aims to introduce the fundamental concepts and practical aspects of Data Management Plans (DMPs), supporting students, researchers, and project teams in understanding their value and learning how to implement them effectively from the early stages of research projects.
During the session, participants will explore:
- What a DMP is and why it matters in the research lifecycle;
- The importance of adopting a DMP from the beginning of a project;
- Tools and software available to support DMP creation and management;
- Templates and good practices for designing effective DMPs;
- A practical example using ARGOS, illustrating how to build a DMP in practice.
All participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by the NOVA.ID Research Data Management Competence Centre.
