ACP Mobility 4.0
ACP Mobility 4.0
Considering the structuring role of mobility in building smart and sustainable cities capable of ensuring the quality of life and well-being for people and promoting economic development, along with the imperative of meeting decarbonization targets, where transportation in Lisbon accounts for 50% of emissions, it is important to adopt a culture of planning and management based on facts capable of inducing a new paradigm of data-driven public policies.
In this sense, following the previously conducted study on the impact of cycle paths on mobility, which was strongly affected by the pandemic and its impact on the city's metabolism, it is important to update and deepen knowledge in this area.
With this purpose, an update of the study is proposed now that we are starting to return to pre-COVID patterns, including the exploration of new data sources that have become available and that can build a richer analytical framework capable of generating new insights and significantly contributing to better decisions about the future of mobility in the city of Lisbon.
