Holds an Integrated Masters Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Lisbon. Post-graduate studies in Health Technology Assessment from Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG) and an Executive Masters in Health Unit Management from INDEG-ISCTE. Former Data Manager at CEDIME (National Pharmacy Association). From 2018 to 2020, took over the role of Communications, Government Affairs and Primary Care Access Specialist at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). From 2021 to 2023, Senior Business Analyst at MOAI Consulting, a healthcare-specialized consultancy firm. Since 2023, he is the Executive Aide to the President of UNITE Parliamentarians Network for Global Health.
