  • Hold a PhD degree by the application deadline (September 11, 2024). Applicants who have successfully defended their thesis but haven't formally received the degree are also eligible.
  • Have a maximum of eight years of research experience since your PhD award. Years outside research, career breaks, or research experience in third countries for EU/Horizon Europe-associated country nationals/residents re-integrating to Europe do not count.
  • Meet mobility rules: not have resided or conducted your main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the beneficiary country (European PF) or host organization (Global PF) for more than 12 months in the 36 months preceding the call deadline.
