A research developed by Diego Costa Pinto, Professor at NOVA IMS and Director of NOVA Marketing Analytics Lab, with the support of Lab managers, Ana Rita Gonçalves and Rafael Wagner, was highlighted in Marketeer magazine!
Under the theme, "Marketing with purpose: how can brands help consumers in economic resilience and create long-term bonds?", the study reveals that helping consumers in times of economic difficulty can improve the relationship between consumer and brand.
Companies such as Deco, EDP, the Sonae Group, Galp, and Continente, have offered alternative solutions to the crisis, through discounts and promotions, which have allowed them to create consumption habits, reduce the impact of consumers' domestic expenses and, as a result, generate more profit for the business.
