MDT - Managing Digital Transformation

The project addresses the critical need for effective digital transformation strategies within organizations. Recognizing the challenges that businesses face in adapting to rapidly evolving digital landscapes, MDT aims to equip professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage and lead digital transformation initiatives successfully.

The primary objectives of the MDT project include developing comprehensive educational programs that integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications, fostering collaboration between academia and industry to ensure the relevance of the curriculum, and promoting innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes. By achieving these goals, MDT seeks to produce a workforce capable of driving digital innovation and maintaining competitive advantage in various sectors.

Partnership

The MDT project is coordinated by the University of Twente (Netherlands) and includes Fachhochschule Münster (FH Münster) - University of Applied Sciences (Germany), Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities (ACEEU) (Netherlands), Saxion University of Applied Sciences (STICHTING SAXION) (Netherlands), Athens University of Economics and Business (Greece), and EIT KIC Urban Mobility (Netherlands).

This consortium brings together a diverse range of expertise from leading European institutions to address the challenges of managing digital transformation across various industries

Our Contribution

NOVA IMS had an active role in role in the curriculum development and the implementation of educational initiatives. Leveraging its expertise in information management and data science, NOVA IMS contributes to designing course materials that address current industry challenges and trends. The institution also facilitates workshops and training sessions, providing both students and professionals with the tools and insights necessary to navigate and lead digital transformation processes effectively.
