The objective of HARP is to motivate the consumers to plan and replace their old and inefficient heating systems, accelerating the modernization of EU’s heating stock and the compliance with the energy efficiency targets set for the EU.
NOVA IMS leads the consumer behavior analysis and consumer engagement providing understanding on the consumers inner motivations to adopt efficient heating systems and engage with the HARP resources.
