About the event

The International Workshop: Economic Complexity and Opportunities for Smart and Sustainable Growth brings together researchers, policymakers, and anyone interested in exploring how economic complexity shapes our path to a sustainable future. The workshop will feature presentations by leading experts in the field, followed by an interactive Q&A session.

This workshop has received financial support from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), under process number 406943/2021-4 (Emerging Groups). It is organized in partnership with the Applied Economics & Analytics Lab of the MagIC Information Management Research Center, funded by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, Portugal (FCT) - UIDB/04152/2020, and the Center for Research on Complexity, Development, and Inequality (NECODE) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina.
